6'4" sleeves 190#37" waist 33". The LT was a little long in the sleeves (crazy right?) and a little big/long in the front Wash/dry. Sleeves and torso/length are perfect. Soft fabric. A collar that stands up without a zipper. A new wardrobe favorite. Will buy again.
