The software works well when you have many features that are not available in other similar products like GATE or SVMlight which makes it very easy compared with others! I can't say anything bad about this product but if there's something missing then feel free ask them because they'll try their best help out :) It has helped me solve some problems related text analysis using machine learning techniques so far - mostly sentiment classification from reviews by users who had used certain websites before purchasing items etc., also helps identify areas where more research should go into solving specific issues e-commerce companies face while making decisions regarding customer purchases.
