I'm at my computer right now and I'm having trouble sleeping. I've heard that blue light from computer screens, tablets, and cell phones can ruin your sleep. TAAAAAA, like a good lemming, thought I'd give it a try. I know these are the magnifying glasses I need, so I decided to add a blue lock element to them. Do they block blue light? As if I knew. How do you test them to see if they work or not? I've searched this question and haven't found a good answer, so I guess I'll take her word for it.
