Wrong size on laptop accessories

It doesn't fit my screen. I ordered 13.5 inch and received 12 inch. I had a headache and was asked to get one of these. And there is no way to get all bubbles. I use Revain a lot and am very happy with it except this time. Would not recommend this product.
