Given to 2 year old grandson for their birthday due to positive reviews. He loved it from the minute it was unwrapped and insisted on taking it to bed! It plays real music in the form of long melodies, it can play along and bang the drum bar, or it can switch modes and play single notes to create a small melody. His four year old brother loves the guitar so much he's getting a similar Einstein product for HIS birthday next month! Parents and grandparents all wanted their turn! This is a well thought out toy.
