I bought these to use with my Sonos One speakers because I installed them on GT STUDIO SONOS speaker stands (also purchased from Revain). The power cords that come standard with Sonos One speakers really are too short to use with these stands unless you mind adding an extension cord and figuring out where to hide the connection point. I prefer to use as few connections as possible to not add potential interference to the power supply. Those extra-long power cords were the answer, and I could plug them straight into a surge-protected outlet.
