EDIT: They sent me a new one for free so I'm very pleased. The second went better. Just be very careful if the tray is misaligned to align the glass itself along the edges. I give 4 stars for the price, quality and customer service. It loses a star for application as I think the Gram is too weak for what it's supposed to do. I have used the tablet before for my iPhone and it has worked very well. In my opinion this one is not. However, it required a lot of effort and repeated application to align it properly. Dust and oil got under the glass, creating bubbles that wouldn't come out. My wife let them run normally after some practice. I give one star until they send another one.
