Review on 🔊 Compact Integrated Amplifier with Phono Preamp, 3-Band Active EQ, Effects Loop & Mic Stand Mount - Maker Hart Just Amp 5 by Jack Ngo

I was looking for a compact amp for my desk that could drive my speakers with decent sound quality rather than hiding a full fledged receiver. This amp exceeded my expectations and, despite its compact size, made no compromises in terms of sound. Build quality is excellent, making it a great addition to my desktop. The solid body, milled handles and slider give this product a premium feel. Although the manufacturer suggested using 4 or 8 ohm / 25-50W speakers, I connected 2 JBL N26 8 ohm / 125W speakers to it. The sound was very clear, even at high volumes, with no sign of distortion. The 3-band EQ is very good for fine-tuning the sound, resulting in rich deep bass and clear highs and mids. The equalizer is also great for gaming. I plugged in my SteelSeries Arctis Pro wireless headset and was able to adjust the audio on the fly to include mids and highs such as mids and highs. B. game steps, without having to run third-party software. It stayed fairly cool when the speakers were driven at high volume, which was surprising for its size. It includes a 1/8" auxiliary cable along with 2 bare RCA wires for the speakers and 2 high quality RCA line cables. Overall, this product is hard to beat price-wise with its high audio fidelity and overall excellent build quality. I hope Maker Hart will list the speakers that come with this amp separately in the near future as they currently only sell them as a bundle with this amp. Definitely recommend!
