This is exactly what I was looking for and very easy to install. I have a small countertop with a sink and there wasn't room for a towel rail. I mounted it on the wall next to the sink and it fits perfectly in my small bathroom. I'm a girl with limited power tool experience and this was very easy to use. I used a drill to attach the main frame (a rod with two screws that the round bracket attaches to). You could probably use a screwdriver, but you would have to use a lot of force and it would take forever. Note that you will need a hex key (see attached image) for the bottom screw in the base of the round jig. This is probably very basic information, but it took me a while to figure it out, so I'm passing the information along. If you have the standard tools you should be fine.
