I was dissatisfied with the poor quality of the GOBLES products as a product manager. Although they offer a wide range of clothing selections on their website, the clothes themselves were of poor quality and fell short of the criteria we set for our consumers. The seams on the dresses and skirts were shoddyly stitched, making them easily rip and tear. The tops were constructed of flimsy materials that seemed and felt as though they would disintegrate after just a few uses. Not much better were the slacks, which had cheap zippers and buttons that didn't appear like they would last over time. Additionally, the sizing varied, making it challenging for our customers to place a confident order. There were multiple instances where the measurements listed on the website did not match the actual goods received, demonstrating a lack of attention to detail in the product creation process. Additionally, GOBLES's customer service was lacking. When we raised questions about the products' caliber, we received disrespectful and useless comments. It was sad and infuriating that they weren't taking responsibility for the subpar products they were producing. Overall, I would not suggest GOBLES as a trustworthy supplier of top-notch clothes. It is obvious that this organization is not committed to giving its consumers a great experience due to the lack of detail in product development and the subpar customer service. As a product manager, it's crucial to me that we only provide our clients with the greatest products, and GOBLES regrettably falls short of that need.
