This is my 3rd pair of Dockers Wargs in the last 10 years (ridden mostly 2-4 years). I like them better than the Sperry because they are real leather, wear very well, have good stitching, have a good sole (although they do slip on wet surfaces) and fit just right. The color is great and goes with everything from jeans and khakis to shorts. The leather insole fell apart on my last pair after about 2 years of wear but I think that's because I've worn A LOT of them and don't wear them with them. socks. If you wear them with socks for business, they will serve you for many years. I cut out a new leather insole for them and glued them in and they still work well as a spare pair. I still have a pair that I bought 10 years ago and they are great for cutting grass or to carry around when I don't care what happens to them (they've been in salt water, sand, mud, rain and... have mowed a lot, many kilometers). They are like your favorite sweatshirt. Once they're cracked, you won't want to take them off!
