The same mouse can be found for two to three times less money. The wheel will be plastic instead of metal, so it won't be very aesthetically pleasing, but it will serve its purpose. I had low expectations and they were dashed. Tech assistance is still working to solve something, but sends template answers, such as clean the mouse, it could become blocked with dirt. Even though I just bought this mouse, I can only give it a 3 out of 5 stars because there isn't enough technical help and the second wheel I planned to use in lightroom doesn't function properly.
