The ease to set up, integrate with other apps like Google etc., good app design that looks modern & sleek as well! Good support from team members who are super friendly. If you're looking just at features - I must say nothing really stands out here apart form 'it works' which it does very nicely indeed!! So far everything has been great but we've had some minor issues/bugs when rolling our own solution using open source tools (ejabberd). Some configuration needs tweaking if not doing this will result in downtime while your system updates itself once every 24 hours or so due its auto update feature :) Great product overall though worth trying regardless what problems might arise during implementation process :D Make sure everyone involved understands how things work internally before starting down any path towards solving complex business problem such as ours i.e make use of internal domain knowledge rather than going blindly into creating new products without proper understanding first. It took us quite awhile to figure all these.
