The claim is rather to the seller, and not to . market. They did not bring a new phone, but clearly used. The box is not packed in cellophane and, although sealed with stickers, the phone was clearly in use. There are no shipping films, there are traces of someone's greasy fingers on the screen. When turned on, there is no welcome screen, as in new devices, but the OS is loaded immediately. Perhaps it was just checked for performance, but it's still unpleasant that the device is not zero.
