I refuse to grow this is the best I've found

I just have a few darker hairs on my upper lip and I don't want to grow them any further. I've tried and it just made them darker, so I don't want to continue down that path. It takes a little time and can sting, but it doesn't last long and takes weeks instead of days to wax or tweeze.
