Review on 🎀 Set of 100 Girls' Elastic Hair Bands - No-damage Ponytail Holders in Assorted Colors - Headband Accessories by Angela Cooper

The description says they are small for 'girls' and thin thin hair so I was hoping they would be around a quarter circle. They have gotten bigger and when I put my hair in two braids I have to wrap them around the ends about 5 times. After a few uses they stretch a lot and need to be rewound about 7 times. I can use them about 10 times each before they get too stretchy. They're definitely soft and don't pull or damage my hair, but I hate throwing them away and will continue to look for smaller elastics for fine to fine hair.
