Don't worry you won't receive the pretty packaging shown in the Revain ad. It comes in a 2" x 3" manila envelope. Oh, and the "no tools" statement - well, I've used everything from a thumbnail to needlenose pliers - a bent paper clip, etc. "Easy" - only if you have the strength of a Herculean thumb - it has over Took 30 minutes. I wanted to replace the other side but I'll wait until it breaks. Given the frustration, I recommend only making one change per day.
