The shower head itself is good. It looks beautiful, easy to install and the water distribution is much better than a regular regular head. BUT! - Filters. After more than a year of use (already 2 filter changes) I still haven't seen or felt any difference in my hair or skin. I have curly all natural hair so I think I should have felt a difference considering the water is hard here (DR). I bought a water hardness tester for something else and decided to test my shower water to make sure the filters are actually working. It turned out that both the old filter (about 4 months of use) and the new filter had the same hardness (120 ppm, which is exactly what unfiltered tap water has). So I have to say that this thing doesn't work. Also, after a while the internal flow restrictor got clogged with debris and was really giving me trouble because the water flow was so low I could barely shower or wash my hair. until I realized the problem was in the limiter. I just took it out and the water flow went back to normal. So keep this in mind so you don't suffer like I did.
