I am a 40D and ordered a xxl. The top fit ok with a few fixes-1) I had to remove the cup inserts they were too pointy and put in another one I had that was thinner, 2) I realized it was way more comfortable if each of the ends of the neck strap were tied in a knot to each side of the back band-like a x on the back with the straps -instead of tied at the neck, because it hurt my neck too much to hold the heavy ladies up- worked great! I only wish the material was not soo scratchy. Not sure how long the quality will last.
