Helped keep business running smoothly during absence

The ability for you to write your own custom documents, without relying upon someone else's template is great! We have been able use this software since it was first released by our vendor back when I worked there almost 10 years ago now (wow). That said we've had no problems with using HelpDesk over all these many months as an employee at another organization here - but then again my employer also uses Microsoft Office so maybe they would say otherwise? It has served us very well throughout those 9+ yrs until today where its being taken away from me & others who rely heavily on their day-to-day activities/processes within MS Word or Excel etc.. As much work gets done via email nowadays than face time meetings between coworkers. This program allows one individual access anywhere around town / world remotely through any computer connected network such as LAN.

Pros
  • Simple interface that anyone can learn in minutes; quick search capabilities are best features especially if searching large databases..you'll be surprised how fast searches occur vs other programs like Adobe Acrobat PDF reader which takes way too long..I used help desk often before moving into different parts elsewhere during past 15yrs...it helped greatly
