Originally bought as a gift but when it arrived the person got something different. This tool is not just a hatchet, but something more. The sheath it comes in is very thick and helps protect the instrument and you from a very sharp axe. It came with an ax blade cover, but in case I lose it or decide not to wear it, the cover really protects me. It not only comes with different knives but also with two blades, it comes with other tools along with this blade. At one end, it doubles as a knife, bottle opener, and flathead screwdriver. A screwdriver head will also work. The other knife has a Phillips screwdriver on the tip, which actually works, but if the screw is too big it might not work, but I was able to use a flathead screwdriver instead. I recently took it camping and was able to use most of the tools on this ax. Really more useful than I thought.
