I bought this for my Yorkie mix who weighs about 7 pounds. He loved going there as soon as he arrived and it took me seconds to pick it up! The overall impression is very nice and clean. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because the floor mat rises slightly when you place the bag in tight spaces. But we have learned to deal with it, especially when our dog is indoors. The zippers are high quality, the mesh is very soft.
