I like that I can send to a large number of people at once, which is helpful when you are trying to get your product out to a large group of people. It also helps with the number of people who are willing to open the emails I send. I dislike that it is a bit pricey, and the system is not as intuitive as I would like. I would recommend reaching out to the company and asking for a demo, and see if it is something that you think would be helpful. I have been able to send out a lot of emails with a single click. This has helped me get my product out to a lot of people at once.
