The pieces of fabric that the Velcro is attached to are either too small or poorly positioned.

The fabric to fold over the velcro straps is too small so they get caught with other things when washing and sometimes ruin. perfect with all the wiggle room you need but the wrapper part is too big. The fabric that the Velcro straps are attached to is not wide enough to wrap my baby's arms tightly. He often slips in it when moved, or moves on his own as a result, which seems dangerous. The fact that it fits him correctly with everything else makes me suspect the piece was sewn in the wrong place.
