Love the open toe and the fact that it's worn like a sock and then fastened at the ankle with two Velcro straps. There is an additional strap that you place under the arch of your foot and then wrap around the ankle. It sticks to the sock or any part that covers the foot. Unfortunately I had to pull the straps very tight to reach my ankle and fasten them. After a short time I had to take it off because it cut into my leg too hard. I wish it was one size so I can get a bigger one.
