The Heritage T-shirt I love is 90% cotton, 10% polyester, because it's not 100% cotton the material stays bouncy and soft after the first wash and retains its color much longer. The one star rating is for the second set I bought which was identical but only cotton this time. All my old 100% cotton champion shirts become covers of what they used to be, all my 10% polyester shirts stay beautiful. There was no sign of the material being altered and I am not happy with my purchase. So you know these shirts fit well when they're made of 10% polyester, solid color, short sleeves, long lasting, and 100% cotton morph into a sturdy crisp faded square. Try to find a seller who will show the material. I'm 5'9 140 lbs medium height champion 10% polyester fits me like jesus robes, 100% cotton fits me like a thrift store sleep shirt.
