Simply Amazing Customer Service - Very Pleased With Services Provided
The customer service is excellent! Any problem I have had so far has been fixed almost immediately (or before it even reached my desk).
They also offer an exceptional refund policy that makes me feel like they truly care about their customers' satisfaction as well making them money from us when we're happy for continuing our relationship after such great experiences thusfar!! We use Inferno Hostings primarily because its cheap compared other providers out there but all aspects are simply amazing including technical expertise/support staff availability etc.. There's nothing really bad i can say here honestly just wish you guys would make some new features or add-ons since this one gets old very fast especially if your clients don't pay enough per month. This helps keep costs down while providing better performance overall which leads into profitability issues less time spent fixing things up due too high priced plans = profit loss.
