The microphone seems to be well made and delivers good sound quality. I really like the mic and it will be a permanent addition to my bag. Read below for some more detailed thoughts. Not too small and not too big, it outshines the camera. - The sound quality is much better than I expected from a microphone in this price range. - Easily connects to the camera and the connector has a long enough cable to connect to the camera. without the uncomfortable extra wire that sticks to everything. - Moving the fuzzy cover is easy. Anyone who has tried recording exhaust clips knows how difficult it is to get a decent sound. The video shows how well this mic picks up decibels and isn't attenuated. **WARNING** The exhaust in the video is VERY loud.
