Right now I'm like a soft potato. And I'm small. I think about five feet tall and a little over 200 pounds. If you're like me you want shorts with a nice wide elastic waistband that helps keep things in place. But I usually find that those elastic bands fold up and just let everything stick out MORE. They complement my buttocks, give me all the flexibility in the world, hold my "love handles” (aka my spare tire) and the biggest surprise to everyone is that they cover my inner thighs due to the way they are cut. ..to avoid chafing, but shorter on the outside to avoid all that when your shorts are so long you look like you're outback crocodile hunting. Order one to be sure of your size, I have XXL and they are heavenly. You will come back, just like me.
