The screen was very easy to replace - I'm very glad they provided the necessary tools. Now the iPad looks like new. I gave the touchscreen 4 out of 5 stars because the screen works well but the home button doesn't recognize fingerprints. I don't know if it was a setup or screen error, but I'm still very happy with it. Will be my first call if my daughter breaks her screen again.

This kit had everything you need. The tools provided worked as expected and the packaging was adequate. The only problem I had was that the digitizer doubled heavily. I've tried adding glue to the parts recommended online, I've made sure there are no kinks in the connector during haloing, and I've tried reconnecting multiple times. I'm emailing the company now and will definitely change the review if it's just a bad digitizer or something I've personally overlooked.

If you take the time and watch the video you will not be disappointed. Also the support staff is commendable and helped me with a problem I had. Everything works as intended, just a few things, although it fits at first, but you can tell the screen is hardly too small, doesn't sit as tight as the original, is there one small gap between the screen and the aluminum frame of the iPad, and I found that the screen breaks sometimes not often, but that could be a mistake on my part during the installation. So for starters it's worth watching a few videos on replacing the screen the first time I messed up and broke the glass. The support is great even if it's your fault they will send you a new replacement screen. Note the following things: Touch ID won't work if you don't have the original home button because Apple makes it very difficult to charge an insane price to repair the iPad itself. The set was delivered quickly and on time. Keith seemed good from the start. I noticed a few things. The original lens is much heavier than this replacement lens. It bothered me, but it worked, and it works perfectly. After installation I didn't notice any difference except for the weight. There are tools. Cheap. I broke a pick and a plastic thing.
