This product and the customer service from this company was excellent! When I first ordered and installed this screen, it didn't work. It happens. I contacted the customer service team and they were very helpful. They gave me troubleshooting tips but unfortunately they didn't work. They immediately sent me another replacement screen. It arrived and they contacted me repeatedly to make sure the new screen worked as advertised. Works perfectly with the new screen. I am very satisfied with this product and this company in general! Would recommend to anyone looking for an iPad screen replacement.
