The camera shown is not the original purchased one, looks like it has been replaced. picture quality is good, sound is good, fail. If you ever need to make changes to the camera, it's best to place the external camera in a convenient location. Whenever there was a camera change, even something as small as changing your ISP, you literally had to climb a ladder to find the QR panel. Or at least customer support can help you with that. Sometimes you could get away with plugging or unplugging the camera if it failed (I found this out from my own customer support, never suggested this). It was a nightmare. My Arlo is also much better, easier to work with but, poor two-way speakers and I have to take them off so many times to charge them. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE FOR EZVIZ CAMERAS.
