I bought these gel pens for a coloring book that I also bought. I originally used colored pencils (which I hated). Then I used colored pencils, but the constant sharpening was painful. When I checked the coloring pages, several people mentioned gel pens in their reviews. Never thought of using them. So, after the study, they had a very high rating. So I'm very glad I bought this brand. I just wish they had a bigger package with a bigger color palette. ADVANTAGES: They color well, dry quickly, do not spread on paper, the ink spreads very well. CONS: The colors are very close together. Example I want light blue. Their light blue is not too much than dark blue. I wanted sky blue or something close to that shade. So it is with all their colors. Would like more color options. I would even be willing to buy a large package that they don't sell.
