Review on πŸ”¨ 12-inch Blue Steel Soft Grip Taping Knife by LEVEL5 - Pro-Grade Tool with Metal Hammer End, Model 5-127 by Bernard Larjin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Extremely disappointed

As a drywall and cone installer, I heard the legend of the Level 5 tools and couldn't wait to try them. What I received for my order was surprisingly disappointing. As you can see from the photos they sent me a blade that was used at best and beaten at worst. The photos show the blade with a bent and broken corner, scratches all over the blade and a clear dent in another corner. The grip looked like it was nicked and the rubber partially torn off. Unfortunately I won't be ordering anything from Level 5 anymore and I'm ashamed that they let such a tool leave their factory. The only words I can think of are "extremely disappointed".
