The program has been very helpful in our daily work as we are dealing with business rules and their translation in several languages.The support of the program has also been excellent.There is almost nothing I dislike about this product other than its price which could be on par with competitors such as IBM Cognos. We have found it useful when applying business rule engines for several tasks where translations were required. It was a real time saver for us since there was not much manual intervention or coding required after the tool performed most complex tasks out-of-the -box. I like best that the system can be used for several different types of documents.The program is easy to use, and the support team is very helpful. There are not too many good features. I would say if you work with several different formats, this program will help. It has been easy to use and learn, and it makes it simple to create professional looking documents in both PDF and Word format. We have been able to customize our template to make our work easier.
