I've been picky recently to get only organic cotton, after I learned that cotton is the #1 crop for pesticides. So I'm glad to see this is organic.The fit is great. I got the navy, and it's a nice rich color.I was really surprised by how soft it is, I think the quality cotton plus the organic may make it softer. I also think they brushed the cotton - but for 300 thread count it's really soft. I'm pretty picky about my sheets, and I would not have guessed these were just 300.Also I'll add that I've reviewed a LOT of sheets and pillow cases recently, and so many of them coming from china are not what they claim - the label will say cotton, bamboo, even organic cotton, but really they're just polyester. And polyester today isn't what you grew up with. Modern polyester is made from hundreds or even thousands of chemicals, has been shown to soak through the skin into your blood supply, and microplastics from modern polyester have been found to pollute the ocean, they've even found the north pole area riddled with polyester fiber pollution. So do your best to buy responsible fabrics, for your own health and everyone else's.
