This product is NOT working as promised. It doesn't hold the temperature. Halfway through cooking each pancake, allow it to cool for about a minute. Time to cook my entire set. What should have cooked an hour took over two and a half hours. In addition, it is heated unevenly. The middle is colder than the rest of the plate. Each pancake got stuck in the middle and took longer to cook. This made the remaining pancakes (outer parts) crispy. Eventually those crunchy spots turned leathery. I've tried thinning out the center and adding more batter on the outside, but to no avail. I have used it twice and was disappointed each time! If only I could give zero stars. Pooh! Save your mind, time and money! I will ask for a full refund as soon as possible
