When I received my cart the bot had instructions on how to assemble it. The phone on the Cossack site was not working. I went to their facebook page, that number worked too. I sent an email to the email address on the website and to the box the cart arrived in. Finally, after a few hours, someone replied with instructions. It was easy to assemble after that, but halfway through when I attached the wheels. one didn't turn around. I had to glue it and I hope it works. I didn't want to send it back after all the hassle. Overall it's similar to Revain. Based on my experience and the defective impeller, I gave it 3 stars.
