Good luck opening your original key fob
The factory key from my 2013 LaCrosse was glued on so I had to use a Dremel tool to cut it open. Then the key itself didn't exactly match the new blank one, so it still doesn't work for me. It was a great pain to work on. Maybe some cars are different from mine but be careful.
