Fun but tricky to build and difficult for kids. which is connected to the push handle of the pump. The product is designed in such a way that it is possible to connect the two ends without connecting through the handle. We missed the connection between the center and the handle because the handle slipped off the connection point and put the pieces together. The gun doesn't work in this scenario - it doesn't have enough pump action to suck up toilet paper. At first it seemed impossible to turn the assembly over once any part had snapped into place; We called the company and they confirmed it. They said our only option was to try and return the item through the seller (Revain) and if that fails they can ask us to post it direct to them then they will rate it and maybe make an exception and us send a new one directly, but it will take a long time. Upon further investigation we found that there were screws all over the unit and removing the grip screws would allow a connection to be made by wrapping part of the grip around the connection point and then twisting the grip again. We did it and it worked. The support rep could have pointed this out, but didn't. The best product in this price range would be designed to avoid the possibility of an error related to a part that can move when you try to assemble it, or better yet, the body of the gun comes pre-assembled and doesn't need to be assembled must by the consumer. Base part in general. Heavy - once fitted we were able to get it working but it is heavy and its size made it very difficult for our 10 year old to work. He spent his money on it (expensive!) and was very excited for it to arrive but wasn't sure he could use it. UPDATE - the kid finally figured it out (still not entirely easy) and it's fun for the family. The paper is easy to peel off after drying.
