Terrible Quality and Useless Design
The backpack material was flimsy and cheap. The straps WERE uncomfortable and kept slipping off. The only good thing about this luggage was its adjustable size .However, that feature couldn't make up for the overall terrible design and quality. Save your money and look elsewhere for a better casual daypack..
