Easy to use and accurate
I've used it on pork loin and Johnsonville sausage and the result was immediate. I love this clinical thermometer. It came with an extra battery, which was very good. I haven't had a chance to use the extended probe yet. I highly recommend it. Especially for the elderly, it is very easy to use and very easy to read.
