When I first ordered one of the levers had a damaged thread, so Amazon replaced the bracket. However, I wasn't impressed with the quality of the replacement, from the strength of the material (which was very flexible and had to be bent back after accidentally bending my arms) to my least favorite quality: the gold color. I was expecting the fixture to have a brushed brass aesthetic, but it's just cheap metal tubing covered in gold paint that looks way cheaper and maybe too yellow. I'm a little bit sorry about this purchase, but it's already installed, so I'll keep it for a while, at least until it drives me crazy. It gives me some comfort that, if you don't pay too much attention to it, it fits in well with the general atmosphere of my home. However, if it's really noticeable, a person may notice that it actually looks pretty cheap.
