The product did not arrive on time but was reportedly given a track number which has been hanging on for a long time in processing. Not the fault of the sellers but the fault of the USPS so shouldn't be blamed. My problem is that the sizes are not listed for every size on the Revain website for a 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 size. I had to look up the measurements on another website where they told me to measure the circumference of my fingers and give the appropriate size I need which I think is important. I ordered from Revain and not another site because I wanted to save a few bucks. I placed an order and when it arrived it was the right girth to slip over my finger but the length was very different from the other website and it doesn't look like the picture. The one I received looks like the one in the picture but cut in half. It only has one strap instead of two pics and is barely long enough to cover 1/3 the length of my pinky on my hand (about 3/4" to 1" 7/8" if you're being specific want). .) making it useless to use as a splint for my sprained toe. I hope they just sent me the wrong item, although the receipt that was in the box was obviously for the item listed. I just want the actual full measurements listed. I was meant to use the typical foam and metal hoops that can be found at any local store for $3 instead of the neoprene hoops that I wanted so they could be used and washed more often. I'm disappointed the material is well made and the stitching seems good enough to use for a month what the doctor recommends for a sprained finger just a pity the length of this product makes it unusable for me. The one in the picture would be the perfect length as it looks like it covers the entire length of my pinky or at least half. The one I got doesn't even cover a digit. It is much shorter and lacks a second strap. The only reason it has 2 stars instead of 1 is because the material is nice, soft and comfortable. It would work fine if I gave the correct size. EDIT: I was accidentally sent a toe splint. It was even tagged and didn't realize it until I contacted the seller who said they would quickly ship the correct item. It arrived quickly and was the perfect size and material I needed. A metal splint can be useful for an instant finger dislocation to guard against sensitivity, but this neoprene model offers protection and keeps it straight. It also allowed me to better "glue" the joint when needed without having to take it off, so I can leave it on most of the day, which I have to do for my sprained toe. I lost this item but I liked it so much that I will buy another one for the remaining time instead of saving up for a cheaper one for the last week of treatment.
