I just opened this item and am charging it. Honestly, this irrigator is probably the coolest I've ever seen! It comes with several nozzle attachments, including one for the nose (and if you live in a dry climate like me, that's a big plus!). The design is really ingenious, right down to the stainless steel tube. The part to which the irrigation tips are attached folds away and the whole packs neatly into a protective tank. To increase the performance of this floss, the machine and all accessories can be stored in a shockproof case. I've loved this item since I took it out of the box and will update as I use it! So far so damn cool! UPDATE: I've used this several times to this point and am impressed with the variability in floss performance. There's a gentle mode that's good, and a much stronger mode that reduces dirt. I don't find it dirtier than the traditional Water Pik. It's certainly bulkier, but to be honest if you can handle the learning curve it's pretty effective and just as good as this 'other' brand. Plus, it packs beautifully!
