Review on ECOGARD XC35519C Filter Activated Eliminator by David Cronin

I chose the charcoal version of this filter on the recommendation of an Ecogard technical support representative. However, the filter is about 1/4" longer and stiffer than the non-charcoal Acura filter TLX (Honda brand) This made installation EXTREMELY difficult as the lid was bent making installation almost impossible At first I gave up but the filter I replaced was so dirty after just a year that i decided to try again to have the ecogard replaced i think there will be no such problem with the non carbon version very disappointed because the company's support department was very responsive when i asked them called before i ordered this filter.they answered like a second call and it was real live support person.i will call them about it.(that was sunday i got the install performed.) & I will update this review as needed.
