Easy to use, high quality, soft material that doesn't get dirty. Love the design, the fact that it fits on your finger makes it easy for a squirming toddler to use, a great way to get them brushing their teeth until they are old enough to play with one real toothbrush to cooperate. My child opens his mouth when he sees me putting toothpaste on him (use rice-sized fluoride toothpaste, even on very young children, especially if you have well water) and it's great that his baby teeth are easy to care for. (Four of them and counting!)
