Took about 6 months to lose her stubble

The child takes it well and yes, it is very soft. I use it in combination with a damp washcloth because I really don't know how well it actually cleans. I accidentally discovered last week after almost 6 months of use that the three silicone bristles on the edge were completely missing. No doubt the child had eaten them recently and I knew nothing about it. She doesn't bite the brush too hard, so I don't know if they're from my brush. And as another reviewer said, there's a suction effect when…

Doesn't fit in the hands of the average man

Great toothbrush. I'm much more comfortable with this on my child than a stick toothbrush and I think at this point she would just chew on the bristles of a regular toothbrush. She loves it and sometimes helps guide it around her mouth. Although I would have liked it to be bigger. This is a size that will fit on an average woman's index finger. Her father has to put it on his little finger and it is very uncomfortable. It's frustrating when men want to be equally involved in caring for their…

I'm a dentist and I love it

Easy to use, high quality, soft material that doesn't get dirty. Love the design, the fact that it fits on your finger makes it easy for a squirming toddler to use, a great way to get them brushing their teeth until they are old enough to play with one real toothbrush to cooperate. My child opens his mouth when he sees me putting toothpaste on him (use rice-sized fluoride toothpaste, even on very young children, especially if you have well water) and it's great that his baby teeth are easy to…

easy to clean, awkward to use, large

for my teeth Bought while trying different gum care alternatives - this was the first. hard to maneuver, seems big even in an adult mouth (well, I'm kind of a kid/petite) so seems like it's pretty big for a kid's mouth. and be extra careful because I've scratched my gums a few times with the burrs against the brush, the brush is fairly soft material but obviously the rest of the device is a bit stiff. My homemade toothpowder is easy to scrape off the brush as the bristles are not long. Bought a

I'm not coordinated enough for that.

Didn't work for us. My daughter is 2.5 years old and can't stand a regular toothbrush so we gave this one a try. I'm sure it's fine if you have a kid with a few teeth, but I couldn't get my finger between my kid's cheek and teeth with this thing. Maybe I'm just incompetent. I also have fairly large hands for a woman and I couldn't get it on my index finger. A normal human finger wouldn't fit in this thing. I placed it on my ring finger and struggled to lean forward to reference her lips. I…
