Sterilize everything before use

I cut my index finger with one of the cutting tools. Not deep, but enough to penetrate multiple layers of skin and produce enough blood to drip onto the floor. Nothing out of the ordinary, normal healing and a tiny scar. But my finger started to hurt and swelled to the point where I couldn't squeeze my finger. I assumed it was a trigger and so did my doctor, but the breakup and Aleve only made things worse. Luckily, my doctor recommended an MRI. I have a severe staph infection and am taking deadly antibiotics to hopefully be able to use my seeker again.
