I purchased this product on March 25, 2019. The clamp was used to attach the Magic Arm and camera monitor to a sports shooting tripod. I've used the clamp on literally 9 separate occasions (9 football games) and on May 5th the clamp was no longer tight. Then I started inspecting the product and noticed that the threads on the end of the bolt were damaged as if they had been twisted. I then inspected the barrel nut in the yoke and the threads were almost gone. So when I tried to tighten the yoke the bolt just slipped out of the nut as there was no thread to hold it in place. The screw comes already screwed into the nut in the package, so it never fell out and didn't have to be re-inserted. I've tried emailing SmallRig Customer Support but still haven't received a response. When the product worked it was amazing, but it didn't last long. It's time to find another. Hope it lasts longer than this.
